Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all ingredients: 1 lb of pork loin, sliced into strips, 2 cups of fresh green beans, trimmed, 1 cup of brown rice, 2 cloves of garlic (minced), 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 2: Cook the Brown Rice
