Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables

Chop 1 bell pepper, 1 zucchini, 1 onion, and 1 cup of mushrooms into small, bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

Step 2: Sauté the Vegetables

In a large frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped vegetables and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still slightly crisp. Season with salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon of cumin. Remove from heat.
