  • bread (60g)
  • cheese (30g)
  • egg (50g)

Prepare the Salad

1. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and thinly sliced red onions. 2. Dress with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste. 3. Toss well to combine and set aside.

Make the Cheese Sandwich

1. Take two slices of your favorite bread (whole grain recommended). 2. Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each slice. 3. Place cheese slices (cheddar or your choice) between the bread slices, butter side facing out. 4.
