Prepare Ingredients

Gather all the ingredients: chicken breasts, buckwheat, olive oil, garlic, onions, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs for garnish.

Cook Buckwheat

Rinse the buckwheat under cold water. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil, add the buckwheat, and reduce to a simmer. Cook until the buckwheat is tender and the liquid is absorbed, about 15-20 minutes.

Prep and Cook Chicken
