  • cream (50g)

  • paprika flakes (2g)
  • lemon (10g)
  • cherry tomatoes (20g)
  • garlic (5g)
  • spice mix (2g)
  • herbs (5g)
  • baguette (50g)

Step 1: Prepare the Shrimp

Peel and devein the shrimp. Rinse them under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel. Set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Shrimp

In a skillet over medium heat, melt 10 grams of butter. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3: Prepare the Sauce

In the same skillet, add 5 grams of minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in 50 grams of cream, stirring continuously. Add 10 grams of grated Parmesan and 2 grams of paprika flakes. Stir until the sauce thickens slightly.

Step 4: Combine Shrimp and Sauce

Add the cooked shrimp back to the skillet and stir to coat them in the cream sauce. Squeeze in the juice of 10 grams of lemon and add 20 grams of halved cherry tomatoes. Stir well to combine.

Step 5: Season and Garnish

Season the dish with a spice mix of your choice (2 grams) and chopped fresh herbs (5 grams). Stir to combine.

Step 6: Serve

Serve the shrimp and cream sauce over slices of 50 grams of toasted baguette.
