  • cabbage (30g)
  • carrot (20g)
  • mung bean sprouts (20g)
  • soy sauce (5g)
  • garlic (2g)
  • ginger (2g)
  • vegetable oil (5g)

Cooking Time: 10 minutesPreperation Time: 30 minutes

Prepare Vegetables

Thinly slice vegetables such as carrots, cabbage, bell peppers, and cucumbers.

Prepare Wrappers

Soak rice paper or spring roll wrappers in warm water for a few seconds until soft and pliable.

Assemble Spring Rolls

Place a small amount of prepared vegetables and any desired protein (such as shrimp or tofu) on the softened wrapper. Fold the sides in and roll tightly from the bottom to the top.

Cook (If Desired)

For fried spring rolls, heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls until golden brown. For fresh spring rolls, skip this step.

Serve

Serve the spring rolls with a dipping sauce such as hoisin, peanut sauce, or sweet chili sauce.
