1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup mirin 2 tablespoons honey 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1 garlic clove, minced 1 teaspoon ginger, grated 1 tablespoon cornstarch 2 tablespoons water 2 cups cooked white rice 1 cup steamed broccoli 1/2 cup sliced carrots 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers Green onions, chopped (for garnish) Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Add the chicken pieces and marinate for at least 30 minutes. 2.
