  • toast bread (50g)
  • meat pate (30g)

Prepare Pate Ingredients

Gather 200g of liver (chicken or duck), 1 finely chopped small onion, 2 minced garlic cloves, 50g butter, salt, pepper, and a splash of brandy or cognac (optional).

Cook Pate Mixture

Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until soft. Add the liver and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. If using, add brandy or cognac and cook for another 2 minutes.

Blend and Chill
