- 2 chicken breasts - 1 cup buckwheat groats - 1 tablespoon olive oil - 1 onion, finely chopped - 2 garlic cloves, minced - 1 cup chicken broth - 1 cup water - Salt and pepper to taste - Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
1. Rinse the buckwheat groats under cold water and set aside. 2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 3.
