- potatoes (300g)
- mixed vegetables (200g)
- cheese (50g)
- milk (100g)
- chicken fillet cutlets (200g)
🍳 How to cook (4 servings):
Preparation
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Peel and slice 3 potatoes. 3. Chop 1 cup of carrots, 1 cup of green beans, and 1 cup of bell peppers. 4. Prepare two chicken fillet patties by seasoning them with salt and pepper and pan-searing until golden brown.
Assembly
5. In a casserole dish, layer the sliced potatoes at the bottom. 6. Add a layer of mixed vegetables on top of the potatoes. 7. Slice the chicken fillet patties and layer them on top of the vegetables. 8. Add another layer of mixed vegetables and top with sliced potatoes.
Baking
9. Cover the casserole dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. 10. Remove the aluminum foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the top is golden brown and the potatoes are tender.
