  • milk (100g)
  • chicken fillet cutlets (200g)

Preparation

1. Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). 2. Peel and slice 3 potatoes. 3. Chop 1 cup of carrots, 1 cup of green beans, and 1 cup of bell peppers. 4. Prepare two chicken fillet patties by seasoning them with salt and pepper and pan-searing until golden brown.

Assembly

5. In a casserole dish, layer the sliced potatoes at the bottom. 6. Add a layer of mixed vegetables on top of the potatoes. 7. Slice the chicken fillet patties and layer them on top of the vegetables. 8. Add another layer of mixed vegetables and top with sliced potatoes.

Baking
