  • vegetable oil (15g)
  • broccoli (100g)
  • carrot (50g)
  • bell pepper (60g)
  • soy sauce (20g)
  • вареники з картоплею (200g)
  • garlic (5g)
  • onion (40g)

Cooking Time: 20 minutesPreperation Time: 30 minutes

Prepare the Varenyky Filling

1. Boil 2 large potatoes until soft. 2. Mash the potatoes and mix with salt and pepper to taste. 3. Optionally, add sautéed onions for extra flavor.

Make the Varenyky Dough

1. In a large bowl, mix 2 cups of flour with a pinch of salt. 2. Add 1 cup of water gradually until the dough forms. 3. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.

Assemble the Varenyky

1. Roll out the dough thinly on a floured surface. 2. Cut into circles using a glass or cookie cutter. 3. Place a small spoonful of potato filling in the center of each circle. 4. Fold the dough over to form a half-moon shape and press the edges to seal.

Cook the Varenyky

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. 2. Add the varenyky and cook for about 5–7 minutes, or until they float to the top. 3. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.

Prepare Vegetable Stir-Fry

1. Heat olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. 2. Add chopped vegetables such as bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots. 3. Stir-fry for about 5–7 minutes until tender-crisp. 4. Season with soy sauce, garlic, and ginger to taste.

Serve

1. Serve the stir-fried vegetables hot, alongside the potato varenyky. 2. Optionally, garnish with fresh herbs or a drizzle of soy sauce.
