Breading and Frying Chicken

Start by preparing the chicken breasts. Cut them into smaller pieces if necessary to fit the length of your bread roll. Season the chicken as desired, coat in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then cover in breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and fully cooked.
