🍳 How to cook (1 serving):
Prepare Ingredients
Gather all ingredients: bread (choice of English muffins, bagels, or slices of bread), eggs, cheese, bacon or ham (optional), butter or oil, salt, and pepper.
Cook the Eggs
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add butter or oil. Crack the eggs into the pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the whites are set and the yolks are still slightly runny, or to your preferred doneness.
Toast the Bread
