- bulgur (200g)
- sausage (100g)
🍳 How to cook (4 servings):
Cook Bulgur
1. Rinse 1 cup of bulgur under cold water. 2. Place the bulgur in a pot with 2 cups of water. 3. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 12-15 minutes until the water is absorbed and the bulgur is tender. 4. Fluff with a fork and set aside.
Prepare Sausage
1. Slice 4 sausages into bite-sized pieces. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. 3. Add the sausage pieces and cook until they are browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
Cook Vegetables
1. Chop 2 cups of mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, zucchini, and carrots). 2. In the same pan used for the sausages, add 1 more tablespoon of oil if needed. 3. Sauté the vegetables over medium heat until they are tender, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
