1. Prepare the dough using flour, water, salt, and oil. Mix until the dough is smooth and elastic. Let it rest. 2. For the filling, combine ground meat (your choice of beef, lamb, or a mix), finely chopped onions, salt, pepper, and herbs to taste. Add a bit of water to the mix for juiciness. 3. Divide the dough into small portions and roll each into a thin circle. Place a portion of the filling on one half of the circle. 4. Fold the dough over the filling to create a half-moon shape. Seal the edges firmly by pressing or crimping. 5. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry each чебурек until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels before serving.
Cabbage and Carrot Salad with Cranberries
