Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken livers, cleaned and trimmed - 2 tbsp olive oil - 1 large onion, finely chopped - 2 garlic cloves, minced - 1 bell pepper, sliced - 1 zucchini, sliced - 1 carrot, sliced - 1 cup mushrooms, sliced - Salt and pepper to taste - Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. 3. Add the chicken livers to the skillet, cook for 5-7 minutes until browned on all sides. 4. Add the bell pepper, zucchini, carrot, and mushrooms to the skillet.
