Ingredients
1 cup ricotta cheese 2 large eggs 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 2 tbsp sugar 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup milk 1 tsp vanilla extract Butter or oil for cooking Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) Whipped cream for serving
Instructions
