1. For the crust: - 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs - 1/4 cup granulated sugar - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 2. For the filling: - 2 pounds cream cheese, room temperature - 1 cup granulated sugar - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 4 large eggs - 1 cup sour cream - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 325Β°F (160Β°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan. 2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan. 3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the vanilla extract. 4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next. Mix in the sour cream and flour until just combined. 5. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan. 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, until the center is set but still slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly ajar for about an hour. 7.
