Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) chicken breast, cut into thin strips - 2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed - 3 tbsp soy sauce - 2 tbsp oyster sauce - 1 tbsp hoisin sauce - 1 tbsp olive oil - 3 garlic cloves, minced - 1 tsp ginger, minced - 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional) - Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. 2. Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. 3. Add the chicken strips to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink. 4. Add the green beans to the pan and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the green beans are tender-crisp. 5. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and hoisin sauce. Pour this sauce mixture over the chicken and green beans, stirring to coat everything evenly. 6. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to slightly thicken. 7. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if using. 8. Serve the Chicken and Green Beans Stir Fry over cooked rice and enjoy!
