- chicken (120g)
- arugula (50g)
- tomato (30g)
- cucumber (50g)
- feta cheese (20g)

🍳 How to cook (4 servings):
Preparing the Chicken Meatballs
1. In a large bowl, combine 500g of ground chicken, 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 egg, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix well. 2. Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a tablespoon. 3. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until they are browned on all sides and cooked through, about 10 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Preparing the Salad
1. In a large bowl, combine 4 cups of mixed salad greens, 1 cup of cherry tomatoes (halved), 1/2 cucumber (sliced), 1/4 red onion (thinly sliced), and 1/4 cup of feta cheese. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, 1 clove of minced garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. 3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Serving
