  • cottage cheese (100g)
  • flour (20g)
  • egg (25g)
  • sugar (10g)
  • yogurt (50g)

Cooking Time: 25 minutesPreperation Time: 10 minutes

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine 200g of cottage cheese, 2 tablespoons of flour, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.

Step 3

Form the mixture into small patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 4

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 5

Serve the cheese patties with a side of yogurt for dipping.
