Ingredients

- 250g all-purpose flour - 30g granulated sugar - 1/2 teaspoon salt - 10g fresh yeast or 5g active dry yeast - 3 large eggs - 125g unsalted butter, softened - 100g dark chocolate, chopped - 1 egg (for the egg wash)

Step 1: Prepare the Dough

1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. 2. Add the eggs and mix until a smooth dough forms. 3. Gradually add the softened butter in small pieces, kneading until fully incorporated and the dough is smooth and elastic.

Step 2: First Rise

1. Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.

Step 3: Incorporate the Chocolate

1. Gently fold the chopped chocolate into the risen dough. 2. Divide the dough into equal pieces and shape each piece into a small bun.

Step 4: Second Rise
