🍳 How to cook (1 serving):
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs - 50g smoked salmon - 1 medium tomato - 1/2 avocado - 1 tbsp butter or oil - Salt and pepper to taste - Fresh dill or chives for garnish (optional) - 1 cup of milk (for the latte) - 1 shot of espresso (for the latte)
Instructions
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, and whisk until well combined. 2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter or oil. 3. Pour in the beaten eggs and cook, stirring gently, until they begin to set. Continue cooking until the eggs are scrambled but still soft and creamy. Remove from heat. 4. Slice the tomato and avocado. 5. To assemble, place the scrambled eggs on a plate. Arrange the smoked salmon, tomato slices, and avocado slices around the eggs. 6.
