Making the Choux Pastry
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Combine water, butter, and a pinch of salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the flour all at once, reduce the heat to medium, and stir vigorously until the mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat. 2. Let the dough cool slightly before adding eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition until the mixture is smooth and shiny. Preparing the Custard Filling
