Prepare Ingredients

1. 3 large eggs 2. 1/4 cup of milk (optional) 3. Salt and pepper to taste 4. 1 tbsp of butter or cooking oil 5. 100g smoked salmon, sliced 6. 1 cup of mixed greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula) 7. 1/4 cucumber, sliced 8. 1/2 avocado, sliced 9. 1 tbsp olive oil 10. 1 tsp lemon juice 11. Cherry tomatoes (optional)

Make the Omelette

1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them with a fork or whisk. 2. Add milk (if using), salt, and pepper, then mix well. 3. Heat butter or oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. 4.
