Ingredients
- 2 eggs - 200g noodles - 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, etc.) - 2 tbsp soy sauce - 1 tbsp olive oil - 1 clove garlic, minced - Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside. 2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
