- french fries (150g)
- eggplant puree (100g)
- olives (20g)
🍳 How to cook (4 servings):
Grilled Pork
Start by marinating the pork steaks in your choice of spices and a little olive oil for at least one hour. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill the pork steaks for about 6-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked, with beautiful grill marks. Let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
French Fries
Peel and cut potatoes into thin strips. Soak them in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch. Dry them thoroughly with a towel. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C). Fry the potatoes in batches until golden and crispy. Drain them on paper towels and season with salt.
Eggplant Puree (Baba Ganoush)
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Poke the eggplants with a fork and roast them until their skin is charred and the inside is soft, about 30-40 minutes. Let them cool, then peel and mash the flesh. Mix it with tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with finely chopped herbs.
Serving Olives
Serve a few whole, dark olives on the side as an appetizer or palate cleanser.
