- 200g imitation crab sticks - 1 cucumber, julienned - 1 carrot, julienned - 1 bell pepper, julienned - 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 1/2 cup sweet corn - 1 cup sour cream (instead of mayonnaise) - Salt and pepper to taste - Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions
1. Shred the crab sticks into bite-sized pieces. 2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded crab sticks, julienned cucumber, julienned carrot, julienned bell pepper, chopped hard-boiled eggs, and sweet corn. 3.
