🥗 Ingredients:

  • tomatoes (200g)
  • cucumbers (150g)
  • red onions (50g)
  • green bell peppers (50g)
  • feta cheese (50g)
  • black olives (30g)

🍳 How to cook (4 servings):

Preperation Time: 15 minutes

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of chopped cucumbers, 2 cups of cherry tomatoes (halved), 1 cup of sliced red onion, and 1 cup of sliced green bell pepper.

Step 2

Add 1/2 cup of Kalamata olives and 1 cup of crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.

Step 3

Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste. Add a drizzle of lemon juice for extra flavor, if desired.

Step 4

Toss all the ingredients together until well combined.

Step 5

Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
