Ingredients

- 200g green beans, trimmed - 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips - 4 eggs - 1 avocado, sliced - 4 slices of whole-grain bread - 2 tablespoons olive oil - Salt and pepper to taste - Optional: garlic powder, paprika for seasoning

Step 1: Cook the Green Beans and Chicken

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. 2. Add the chicken strips and season with salt, pepper, and optional spices like garlic powder and paprika. 3. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes until it's fully cooked and no longer pink. 4. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside. 5.
