Grilled Fish

1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. 2. Season the fish with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice. 3. Place the fish on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. 4. Remove from the grill and set aside.

Lemon Sauce
