  • salt (2g)
  • pepper (1g)
  • fresh herbs (parsley/chives) (5g)

Preparation

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Wash and dry 2 pounds of baby potatoes. Cut them into halves or quarters, ensuring they are of uniform size for even cooking.

Seasoning

1. In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of freshly minced rosemary, 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped thyme, 3 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. 2. Roasting
