- pasta sheets (100g)
- ground beef (150g)
- tomato sauce (100g)
- cheese (50g)
- onion (30g)
- garlic (10g)

🍳 How to cook (6 servings):
Prepare the Meat Sauce
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and garlic, and sauté until translucent. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Pour in crushed tomatoes and tomato paste, and simmer for 30 minutes.
Prepare the Béchamel Sauce
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 2-3 minutes. Gradually whisk in milk, and continue to cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg.
Assemble the Lasagna
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a baking dish, spread a layer of meat sauce followed by a layer of lasagna noodles. Top with a layer of béchamel sauce and a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of béchamel sauce and cheese.
Bake the Lasagna
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 25 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly. Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
