- tomatoes (50g)
- cucumbers (50g)
- arugula (30g)
- white bread (30g)
- salami (50g)
- cheese (50g)
π³ How to cook (1 serving):
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs - 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced - 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved - 1/2 cup spinach leaves, chopped - 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice) - 2 chicken sausages, sliced - Salt and pepper to taste - 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 2. Add diced bell peppers and cook for 3-4 minutes until they soften. 3. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes. 4. Toss in the chopped spinach and cook until wilted. 5. Push the veggies to one side of the skillet and add the sausage slices. Cook until they're browned and cooked through. 6. In the same skillet, crack the eggs on the opposite side and scramble or fry them as you prefer. 7. Once the eggs are nearly cooked, sprinkle shredded cheese on top and let it melt. 8. Season everything with salt and pepper to taste. 9. Serve the cooked veggies, sausage, and cheesy eggs on a plate and enjoy your hearty breakfast.
