  • milk (100g)

Ingredients

1 cup flour, 1 cup milk, 1 egg, salt to taste, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken, 1 cup fresh spinach leaves, 1 clove garlic (minced), 1/2 cup grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste.

Step 1: Prepare the batter

In a bowl, mix flour, milk, egg, and a pinch of salt until you get a smooth batter. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

Step 2: Cook the filling

In a pan, heat a bit of oil and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, then add spinach and cook until wilted. Add the shredded chicken, season with salt and pepper, and mix well. Remove from heat.

Step 3: Cook the pancakes

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly oil it. Pour a ladle of batter into the pan, swirling to cover the bottom evenly. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side, until lightly golden.

Step 4: Assemble the pancakes

Place a spoonful of the chicken and spinach mixture onto each pancake, sprinkle with grated cheese, and fold or roll up the pancakes.
