🥗 Ingredients:

  • all-purpose flour (16g)
  • milk (30g)
  • egg (25g)
  • unsalted butter (2g)
  • granulated sugar (2g)
  • baking powder (0.5g)

🍳 How to cook (4 servings):

Cooking Time: 15 minutesPreperation Time: 10 minutes

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine 16 grams of all-purpose flour, 2 grams of granulated sugar, 0.5 gram of baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Whisk together to combine and break up any lumps.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, whisk together 30 milliliters of milk and 1/4 of a large egg until fully combined. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.

Step 3

Fold in 2 grams of melted unsalted butter into the batter, ensuring it is well incorporated.

Step 4

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with a small amount of butter or oil. Pour or scoop the batter onto the skillet, using approximately a quarter cup for each pancake. Cook until the edges look set and bubbles begin to form on the surface, then flip with a spatula and cook until the other side is golden brown.

Step 5

Repeat with the remaining batter, adjusting the heat as necessary to prevent burning. Serve the pancakes hot, with your favorite toppings.
