4 ripe pears, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Wash the pears and cut them in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out the core and seeds.
