- flour tortilla (60g)
- egg (50g)
- avocado (70g)
- tuna (80g)
- cheese (40g)
π³ How to cook (2 servings):
Step 1
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly oil the skillet if needed.
Step 2
In a bowl, beat 2 eggs and season with salt and pepper. Pour the eggs into the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until they are fully scrambled.
Step 3
Remove the scrambled eggs from the skillet and set aside. Wipe the skillet clean.
Step 4
Place a tortilla in the skillet. Spread a layer of mashed avocado evenly over the tortilla.
Step 5
Top the avocado with the scrambled eggs and some canned tuna (drained and flaked).
Step 6
Add another tortilla on top to form a quesadilla. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy.
Step 7
Remove from the skillet and let it cool slightly before cutting into wedges. Serve warm.
