In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil. Add 2 cloves of minced garlic and 1 tablespoon of grated ginger, cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. 4. Add 1 cup of sliced bell peppers, 1 cup of broccoli florets, and 1 cup of snap peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. 5. Return the shrimp to the skillet and add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. Toss to coat evenly. 6.
