  • potatoes (150g)
  • onions (50g)
  • tomatoes (100g)
  • mozzarella cheese (100g)
  • basil (10g)
  • olive oil (20g)
  • salt (5g)
  • black pepper (2g)

Spanish Omelette

1. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes. Optionally, slice onions as well. 2. In a pan, heat olive oil and cook the sliced potatoes (and onions) until they are soft. Season with salt. 3. Beat eggs in a bowl and then mix the cooked potatoes (and onions) into the eggs. 4. Pour the mixture back into the pan, cooking until the eggs are set and the bottom is golden brown. Flip the omelette and cook the other side. 5. Serve warm, cut into wedges.

Caprese Salad

1. Slice tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. 2. Arrange the slices alternately on a plate, and add fresh basil leaves on top. 3. Season with salt and black pepper. 4. Drizzle olive oil over the salad just before serving.
