Step 1: Prep the Ingredients
Wash and rinse a handful of fresh spinach leaves thoroughly. Chop the spinach if the leaves are too large. Crack 2-3 eggs into a small bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper, and beat them until fully mixed.
Step 2: Cook the Spinach
