- diced tomatoes (30g)
- fresh parsley (5g)

🍳 How to cook (2 servings):
Cooking the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving some pasta water for later use.
Preparing the Shrimp
In a separate pan, heat a bit of butter or oil over medium heat. Add the cooked shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until they are heated through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Making the Alfredo Sauce
In the same pan used for the shrimp, add more butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant. Stir in cream and bring to a simmer. Add grated Parmesan cheese, whisking until the sauce thickens. If the sauce is too thick, add some reserved pasta water until you reach the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combining the Ingredients
Add the cooked pasta and shrimp to the Alfredo sauce in the pan. Toss until the pasta and shrimp are well coated with the sauce. If needed, adjust the seasoning.
Serving
Serve the pasta on plates, topped with diced tomatoes, fresh parsley, and additional grated Parmesan cheese. Enjoy hot.
