Step 1: Prepare Ingredients

Gather all your ingredients: 2 fish fillets (such as tilapia or cod), 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved), 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste, fresh basil (optional for garnish).

Step 2: Season Fish

Season both sides of the fish fillets with salt and pepper.

Step 3: Heat Pan

Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 4: Cook Fish
