- chicken (50g)
- carrots (30g)
- bell peppers (20g)
- green onions (10g)
- soy sauce (15g)

🍳 How to cook (2 servings):
Prepare Ingredients
Gather 200g of noodles (such as egg noodles or rice noodles), 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 1 sliced onion, 2 cloves of garlic (minced), 1 cup of mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots), 150g of protein of choice (tofu, chicken, shrimp), 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and some fresh herbs (like cilantro or green onions) for garnish.
Cook Noodles
Boil the noodles according to the package instructions until they are just underdone (al dente). Drain and set aside.
Stir-Fry Ingredients
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onion and minced garlic, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the mixed vegetables and protein, and continue to stir-fry for another 4-5 minutes until both are cooked through.
