Ingredients

- 400g tagliatelle pasta - 300g salmon fillets - 2 cups heavy cream - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese - 3 cloves garlic, minced - 2 tablespoons butter - Salt and pepper to taste - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Cook the tagliatelle pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. 3. Add the salmon fillets to the pan, cooking until they are opaque and cooked through. Remove the salmon from the pan and set aside. 4. In the same pan, pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Gradually stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy. 5. Flake the cooked salmon into bite-sized pieces and return them to the pan. Gently stir to combine with the sauce. 6. Add the cooked tagliatelle pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 7. Serve the pasta hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
