  • ground meat (100g)
  • potatoes (150g)
  • carrots (50g)
  • tomatoes (50g)
  • onions (30g)
  • celery (20g)
  • parsley (10g)
  • vegetable broth (300g)

Prepare Ingredients

Chop 2 carrots, 1 celery stalk, 1 onion, 2 potatoes, and 2 garlic cloves. Cut 500g of beef or chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Sauté Vegetables

In a large pot, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they become translucent.

Brown the Meat
