🥗 Ingredients:
- rice (150g)
- broccoli (30g)
- bell pepper (20g)
- carrots (20g)
- mushrooms (30g)
- soy sauce (10g)
- oil (5g)
🍳 How to cook (4 servings):
Preparation
1. Gather all the ingredients: 2 cups of cooked rice, 1 cup of mixed vegetables (such as peas, carrots, and bell peppers), 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of vegetable oil, 2 garlic cloves minced, 1 small onion chopped, 2 eggs (optional), salt and pepper to taste, and garnishes like scallions or sesame seeds. 2. Chop all vegetables into small, bite-sized pieces if they are not pre-chopped.
Cooking
1. Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. 2. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until the onions become translucent. 3. Add the mixed vegetables and continue to stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften. 4. If using eggs, push the vegetables to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the empty space. Scramble them until fully cooked, then mix with the vegetables. 5. Add the cooked rice to the pan, breaking up any clumps with a wooden spoon. Stir constantly to ensure even heating. 6. Pour in the soy sauce, and add salt and pepper to taste. Continue to stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through. 7. Serve hot, garnished with scallions or sesame seeds if desired.
