  • bell peppers (20g)

Prepare the Dough

In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, 1 packet of yeast, 1 tsp of sugar, and 1 tsp of salt. Gradually add 3/4 cup of warm water and 1 tbsp of olive oil. Mix until a dough forms. Knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let it rest for 1 hour.

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) to ensure it is hot enough to bake the pizza to perfection.

Prepare the Toppings

While the dough is resting, thinly slice 1 bell pepper, 1 small red onion, 1 zucchini, and 10 cherry tomatoes. Grate 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.

Roll Out the Dough

After the dough has rested, roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.

Assemble the Pizza
