  • garlic (5g)
  • ginger (5g)

Vegetable Stir Fry

1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. 2. Add sliced vegetables such as bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli. 3. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until they're crisp-tender. 4. Add soy sauce, garlic, and ginger, stirring for an additional 2 minutes. 5. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper before serving.

Potato Dumplings (Varenyky)

1. Boil and mash potatoes, adding salt and pepper to taste. 2. Roll out dumpling dough and cut into circles. 3. Place a spoonful of mashed potatoes onto each circle, fold, and pinch edges to seal. 4. Boil the dumplings in salted water until they float, about 5 minutes. 5. Optionally, fry boiled dumplings in butter until golden.
