Potato Dumplings (Varenyky)
1. Boil and mash potatoes, adding salt and pepper to taste. 2. Roll out dumpling dough and cut into circles. 3. Place a spoonful of mashed potatoes onto each circle, fold, and pinch edges to seal. 4.
