- zucchini (200g)
- flour (50g)
- eggs (60g)
- pork (100g)

Prepare Ingredients
1. Grate 2 medium-sized zucchinis into a large bowl. 2. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt over the grated zucchini and let it sit for 10 minutes. 3. While waiting, finely chop 1 small onion and 2 cloves of garlic. 4. Squeeze out excess moisture from the zucchini using a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth.
